Operation process：

In the crystal series of color chip products, the pigment has been fully pre dispersed into the resin, so it no longer needs to be ground to achieve dispersion. When it is needed to produce coatings and inks, it only requires a few simple steps.

Under appropriate conditions, use a high-speed mixer to make a concentrated slurry of crystal chips.

1) Lacquer based resin

2) Solvent (ketones are recommended)

3) Slowly add crystal chips while stirring at bottom speed to avoid lifting

4) After thoroughly wetting the crystal chips, gradually increase the speed of the mixer to the desired ideal speed

5) The usual dispersion time required is 30-60 minutes. After stirring, measure the actual fineness using a fineness plate

6) After dispersion, it is recommended to supplement the solvent appropriately to compensate for the solvent evaporation loss caused by high-speed dispersion

7) If a regular mixer is used for dissolution without a high-speed mixer, please extend the mixing time appropriately to achieve the appropriate fineness

8) Stir and disperse the concentrated slurry of the crystal flakes and add an appropriate amount of resin to prepare coatings and ink products
