Its good consistency and dispersibility enable customers to prepare ideal color paste or finished paint in a very short time, and give the product excellent transparency, weather resistance and other characteristics. It is widely used in plastic paint, automobile paint, motorcycle paint and wood paint.

	Operating Steps	1. Add solvent to the dispersion container according to the formula amount, and stir at low speed with a dispersion mixer of 400-600RPM
		2. Slowly add the recipe amount of color chips while stirring
		3. After adding all the color chips, increase the speed of the dispersion mixer (increase the speed to a linear speed>1500 meters/minute)
		4. Maintain a linear speed of>1500 meters/minute and stir at high speed for 1 hour (or until the fineness meets the requirements)
		Note: If there are high requirements for dispersion fineness and color phase, it can also be ground by a sand mill after step 4. Grinding by a sand mill can ensure that the color chips are fully dissolved, thus achieving the best effect.
